Your role

• Establishment, leadership and further development of an HR team while simultaneously holding operational responsibility as an HR Business Partner
• Advising the executive management, managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
• Ensuring a professional and efficient HR lifecycle as well as continuous optimization of processes and structures incl. Talent Management & Personnel Development
• Coordination of international HR topics and cooperation with local and external partners
• Further development of a meaningful HR cockpit for the transparent control of key figures, deadlines, interfaces and personnel-related fields of action

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Head with operational responsibility
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in actively accompanying a team and participating in day-to-day business yourself
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as confidence at the interfaces to Payroll, social insurance and Finance
• Openness towards new ways, digital developments and innovative HR solutions
• Communicative, pragmatic and entrepreneurially thinking personality with high social competence and implementation strength
