In the Operations area, we shape the technological and organizational requirements for reliable and future-oriented production at SRF. The People Pool ensures that the right competencies are deployed at the right time in the right place and are purposefully developed.

This is your contribution ####

In the People Pool department, you will be involved in the Software Development & IT DE-CH competence area in the Support & Workplace 2 competence group for the following topics:

• You lead the employees of your competence pool and support them specifically in their professional and personal development. In doing so, you ensure their sustainable operational capability and demand-oriented availability in the Shared Leadership model
• You implement the defined roles, quality and competence standards within your own competence pool, identify development needs, and derive suitable development and training measures together with the employees
• You translate strategic and organizational specifications into the daily leadership routine of your competence pool and actively support employees through changes
• You are responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent development and the personnel support of the employees in your competence pool in cooperation with HR
• You work closely with specialist management, Product Owners, scheduling as well as the other competence group leaders and ensure clear coordination between personnel, professional and operational requirements
• In the event of special operational requirements or peak loads, you ensure targeted operational support for the product teams and create transparency regarding available competencies and capacities

• You have experience in personnel leadership and enjoy developing employees
• You provide orientation, promote personal responsibility and development, maintain an open feedback culture and support employees even in situations of change
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively, bringing different perspectives together
• You think holistically and proactively and know how to meaningfully combine the needs of different parties
• Knowledge and professional experience in the field of IT Support, Workplace Services or Service Management are an advantage, ideally with experience in Incident and Problem Management, Change Management and Monitoring as well as in the interaction between users, technical teams and external service providers
• Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills are a requirement
