As part of our support team, you will support our customers in their daily use of Abacus. You will analyze issues, find pragmatic solutions, and assist users in the optimal use of their Abacus solution.

Abacus Consultant Support (a)

Your tasks

• Processing support requests via telephone, e-mail, and ticket system
• Analysis and resolution of user cases in Abacus
• Consulting and supporting customers with specialist and technical questions
• Documentation of solutions and maintenance of the knowledge base
• Collaboration with consultants, project managers, and software manufacturers

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in ERP support, consulting, or process consulting; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Affinity for IT as well as confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Proficient German skills as well as good French skills
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact, and an analytical-structured way of working
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with proactive and solution-oriented action
