We are looking for a Catering Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100% ###

Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the complete operational planning and implementation of our catering orders in coordination with the sales department, logistics and the kitchen
• You plan the personnel, material, logistics and processes for our events and take direction on-site throughout Switzerland
• You coordinate the collaboration between the kitchen, production, logistics and catering and ensure smooth running as well as compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
• You direct and coordinate the catering staff operationally and ensure clear responsibilities and efficient processes
• You continuously develop our catering processes keeping in mind customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and costs

Your profile

• You have experience in catering, event gastronomy or in a comparable operational function
• You have proven experience in the planning, organization and realization of large events and you feel comfortable even during demanding events
• You are an organizational talent, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several orders in progress simultaneously
• You have a good economic understanding, are comfortable with numbers and have experience in budgetary responsibility
• You are a strong personality and at the same time team-oriented, who motivates employees and keeps an overview even in stressful situations
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, experience with goods purchasing software as well as a category B driving license and are ready to travel throughout Switzerland
