The business stands for a qualitatively constant offering, efficient processes and direct cooperation within the team.  Head Chef ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leadership and training of the kitchen team of up to 15 employees • Active participation during service times • Ensuring smooth kitchen processes • Responsibility for orders, stock and goods control • Planning and coordination of daily processes • Co-designing of dishes and changing offers • Calculation of food and menus • Organization of internal processes in cooperation with other areas • Control and compliance with hygiene and quality standards • Optimization of processes and workflows Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training as a cook • Several years of experience in a leading kitchen function • Experience in organization, inventory management and calculation • Leadership experience and enjoyment of teamwork • Structured and independent way of working • Resilience and overview even in hectic situations • Quality awareness and organizational talent • Good German skills, other languages an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A varied business with a lot of personal responsibility awaits you.
