Our customer is an internationally active technology company in the field of rail transport and industrial service products. The company stands for sustainable mobility, innovative solutions, high service quality and long-term customer relationships. To strengthen the customer service team, we are looking for an independent, customer-oriented and technically savvy personality with experience in refrigeration technology, mechanics or mechatronics, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Completed apprenticeship as a Kältesystemmonteur/in EFZ, Industriemechaniker/in, Mechatroniker/in or a comparable technical education
• Alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in service and customer contact is an advantage
• Willingness to develop yourself further in the service environment
• Safe and routine working with technical systems
• Service-oriented and flexible way of working
• High standard for customer satisfaction
• Independent and proactive personality
• Independent work organization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• Further language skills are an advantage, especially French for assignments in French-speaking Switzerland
• Driver's license category B
• Responsible handling of refrigerants and hazardous goods
• Enjoyment of technology, customer contact and varied assignments on-site

• Execution of inspection work, repairs, maintenance and optimizations at the customer's site
• Commissioning, maintenance and repair of air conditioning units and other service products
• Creating and updating technical documentation
• Maintenance and updating of maintenance plans for air conditioning units
• Execution of error analyses
• Initiating preventive measures to ensure reliable operation
• Collaboration in developing and defining procedures, processes and work instructions
• Filling out work reports and error reports
• Maintenance of system documentation
• Safe handling of refrigerants regarding use, storage, transport and disposal
• Compliance with applicable environmental and safety guidelines
• Direct customer contact in a demanding technical environment
• A varied activity with service assignments mainly in Switzerland
