For the new Bildungszentrum Blaulicht (BZB), we are looking for a cook immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Production of all meals according to most modern findings and cooking methods
• Compliance with specifications in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and food hygiene
• Station responsibility including daily orders from suppliers
• Economical and careful handling of food, equipment, and utensils
• You will work on weekdays, on weekends, as well as for special occasions

Profile ##

• Completed vocational training level Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• At least 5 years of professional practice as well as proven experience in communal catering, events, and banquets
• Production knowledge in all areas of the kitchen
• German language skills oral and written (at least level C2)
