For an established, internationally active service company in the digital trading environment, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality who enjoys data, digital processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
The company supports suppliers and retail partners in the efficient provision, processing, and use of product information. In this context, high data quality, smooth digital interfaces, and modern solutions in the field of Product Information Management (PIM) play a central role.

Customer Advisor Product Data & Digital Solutions (80-100%)

In this versatile role, you combine operational data work with customer consulting, analysis, and process optimization. You are in regular exchange with suppliers and retail partners, support them with technical questions, and actively contribute to the further development of digital solutions.

Your Tasks

• You handle inquiries regarding product information, master data, and digital applications competently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You coordinate the procurement of required product information and keep an eye on open orders as well as their processing status.
• You support various stakeholders in the smooth exchange of product and master data and ensure high data quality.
• You analyze data stocks, identify discrepancies and sources of error, and develop suitable solution approaches.
• You maintain partnership-based relationships with suppliers and retail partners and advise them on technical and process-related questions.
• You design and conduct training sessions as well as presentations, conveying digital solutions and technical content understandably and practically - online or, if required, on-site.
• You contribute your ideas and experience to the optimization of workflows and the further development of existing systems.
• You support the definition of technical requirements, system tests, as well as projects related to data management, data quality, and digitalization.
• With growing experience, you will gradually take on additional responsibility for selected customers, retail partners, or subject areas.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification. Further training or a university degree is welcome but not a requirement.
• You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of master data management, product information, customer care, or digital services.
• You have very good German skills and good English skills. French and/or Italian skills are a plus.
• Ideally, you have already worked with PIM systems, GDSN standards, or digital data exchange formats.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, or the consumer goods environment is an advantage.
• You have very good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, and are open to digital tools and AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot.
• You think analytically and in networks, recognize connections, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and systems.
• You work independently, structured, and reliably, and value quality and accuracy.
• You enjoy communicating, enjoy customer contact, and can explain complex matters understandably.
• You are team-oriented, show initiative, and want to develop sustainable solutions together.
