Chef Fine Dining at a workload of 80%
Job Description

• You cook multi-course menus, exclusively fresh products are used, daily changing menus in the upscale class
• You contribute your own creativity
• Approx. 8-25 meals are created per day for a demanding clientele
• Additionally, food is produced for banquets and caterings
• You are the holiday substitute for the cooking managing director, supporting the organization and implementation of the offering concept and commodity calculation during absences
• Cleaning the kitchen and washing up

It is a small kitchen team of 2 people, meaning everyone does everything and commitment is required

Desired Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chef, enjoyment of sophisticated cooking
• Experience in upscale gastronomy required
• Experience in catering is an advantage
• Organized, independent and responsible
• Neat and friendly appearance
• Stylish German language skills
• Resilient and motivated
