Your tasks

You are a committed, extremely service-oriented personality for whom the well-being of the guest is the top priority. Through the professional and discreet provision of networked and highly personalized services, you provide our guests with time and space for a stay with lasting memories. You make the extraordinary possible and thereby create trust and a personal connection to your guests.

Further tasks:

• Ensuring guest satisfaction during the stay and coordination of solution-oriented and timely feedback management towards all hotel guests.
• Ensuring the service and product offerings for the Concierge areas with the associated building and maintenance of a sustainable network
• Guaranteeing the timeliness and relevance of recommendation lists for external service providers and ensuring their compliance
• Coordination, planning, communication of arrivals and departures with the involved departments
• Professional program design for leisure, business, and group guests
• Guaranteeing full data protection and discretion

Your profile

• Some years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or a related field in a similar / same function
• Good specialist knowledge in the field of Rooms Division is required
• Fluent German and English skills, further languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of different cultures and their preferences
• You know how to set priorities and can organize yourself well.
• Extremely polished manners, strong social competence, and a professional and confident appearance round off your profile
• Good IT user knowledge of the MS-Office programs as well as hotel software Fidelio
