The departments of Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Reservation, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources & Training, Purchasing as well as Finance - are cross-functionally responsible for all operations of the Dolder Hotel AG. They offer professional specialist support to the operational areas, so that a highly personalized service to the guest is achieved together.

Your profile

• Sound and confident knowledge in the area of reservation of a 4 to 5-star hotel
• Result-oriented, organizationally strong and responsible sales personality
• Natural friendliness and charisma, as well as passion, commitment and team spirit particularly characterize you
• Confident and well-groomed appearance, polite manners
• Pronounced service excellence as well as fun in dealing with people
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge of the MS-Office programs as well as hotel software Fidelio is an advantage

Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of all incoming orders, offers, reservations using the hotel reservation system within the corresponding 24-hour processing period
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient process of individual reservation.
• Delegation / coordination of inquiries to other reservation employees
• Active sale of all offered services and products of the resort (room sales with upselling, cross-selling of F&B, Spa, Dolder Sports products as well as the Dolder Waldhaus) with the goal of revenue optimization
• Processing of individual reservations and cancellations, in cooperation with the corresponding areas
• Independent acquisition of the product and service knowledge serving this sale
• Error-free drafting of the corresponding correspondence taking into account guest wishes, LHW- & D-standards as well as the 24-hour processing period
• Management of guest files with all information regarding guest profile, guest preferences, information on existing or past reservations
• Arrival checks and thus verification of all reservations to ensure the correct recording of all information
• Commission Handling
• Co-responsibility for the individual reservation area
• Induction of new employees, trainings
