Sous Chef in the Banquet Area ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Support in the professional leadership and deployment planning of a kitchen team of around 10 employees and apprentices • Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during banquet events • Co-design and seasonal further development of the food offerings with a focus on banquet and event offerings • Promotion and support of employees and co-responsibility in the training of apprentices • Responsibility for ordering, inventory as well as efficient warehouse management • Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, HACCP and occupational safety guidelines Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training as Koch EFZ, further training is an advantage • Initial leadership experience as a Sous Chef or the motivation to take the next career step into a leadership function in the banquet area • Creativity and enjoyment of seasonal cuisine with high quality standards as well as in the implementation of versatile banquet and event offerings • Organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. Especially in the planning and execution of banquet events • Team-oriented, empathetic and responsible personality with high initiative • Professional and well-groomed appearance in dealing with guests, employees and organizers • Very good German skills in speaking and writing Chances & Perspectives A varied task awaits you in a familiar team that places great value on cooperation, quality and a professional implementation of banquet events.
