For our restaurants and their kitchens, we are looking for an organizationally strong, passionate and motivated 2. Sous Chef, starting immediately or by arrangement.
As our kitchen is a manageable size, we work predominantly using the "Tournant-Verfahren" (rotation method). This means for you: your professional strengths are broadly diversified and you lend a hand wherever it is needed. As the right hand of our Head Chef and the 1. Sous Chef, you will also take on co-responsibility for the smooth service flow, quality assurance and the guidance of our team.
