In the Stab Direktion area, we are looking for a competent personality with an interest in strategic and operational challenges in a politically influenced environment, starting February 1, 2027.

Tasks ##

• Co-design and further development of the LSZ HR strategy, particularly in the areas of corporate culture, employee retention, and succession planning
• Responsibility for personnel and workforce planning in close cooperation with the management and controlling
• Advisory and support for the management as well as line managers in personnel, organizational, and labor law issues
• Organizational, technical, and personnel leadership as well as further development of the HR team consisting of 3 employees
• Recruitment with a focus on management and key functions
• Ensuring the professional on- and offboarding process as well as continuous optimization and further development of other HR processes and their digitalization
• Implementation of salary-relevant processes (salary rounds, one-off bonuses, function level adjustments, promotions)

Profile ##

• University degree or higher vocational training with a focus on Human Resources, business administration, law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience in organizational development, change processes, and strategic HR initiatives
• Good knowledge of modern HR processes as well as their standardization and digitalization
• Strong understanding of organizational and business administration contexts
• Analytical and networked way of thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertive and strong-negotiating as well as convincing personality with strong communication skills
• Good IT application skills, high affinity for digital tools and, advantageously, experience with SAP HCM
