BALIK salmon, described by most salmon lovers as the finest smoked salmon in the world, is produced exclusively according to a strictly guarded recipe, with much dedication and love for the craft, on a farm in the idyllic Toggenburg, more precisely in Ebersol. In this way, a product with the perfect harmony of salmon, salt and smoke is created in pure manual labor. All production steps are always carried out by hand – a true masterpiece.

For our BALIK Kitchen in Zürich at Globus Bahnhofstrasse, we are looking for reinforcement.

We celebrate fine dining and are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for a:

• Production of food
• Mise en Place and preparation of the various dishes according to recipe / for à-la-carte service
• Assistance with orders and inventories
• Support in the back office
• Ensuring a constantly clean and organized workplace
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Your profile – what you bring with you:

• Completed training as a cook
• Professional experience in fine dining restaurants
• Very good German skills
• Efficient and resource-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Independent way of working
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Impeccable manners and a natural and well-groomed appearance
• Healthy flexibility and a good threshold for stress
