• 07 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What you accomplish: • Responsibility for the design, prioritization, implementation, continuous development, optimization/quality assurance, and functional operation of customer-oriented bots with a focus on Chat & Voice channels • Close collaboration and coordination with our agile IT team from PI planning and prioritization of technical implementations to release planning • Central interface between business departments and IT, as well as the collection and analysis of requirements from business departments and their translation for IT • Leading and participating in functional and technical projects for the implementation of Conversational Artificial Intelligence use cases with a focus on Chat & Voice in close collaboration with our key process teams • ...and much more, things we do not yet know today that we will need tomorrow Why you succeed: • You have an excellent university degree (economic or scientific specialization) or an equivalent qualification as well as at least four years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment • You have experience as a Product Owner, convince with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and excellent conceptual skills, you are familiar with agile working methods and have experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams. • You possess deep knowledge in the field of Conversational Artificial Intelligence and a strong affinity for digital customer interactions. You develop practical Chat and Voice bot solutions that create real added value for customers. Topics such as dialogue design, natural language processing, generative AI, as well as the integration of bots into existing systems and processes are familiar to you. Ideally, you already have experience in the development and continuous optimization of customer-oriented bots. • You approach your work with enthusiasm and a strong practical mentality and convince with your team spirit as well as your ability to work independently. • You possess excellent conceptual and analytical skills, work in a structured manner, adapt quickly to a dynamic environment, act with confidence in agile organizations, and convince with a communication style adapted to the audience in German and English.
