• Overall operational and financial responsibility for all FM services at the locations in the Opfikon area
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all tenants, users, departments, ambassadors and providers in the building (-everyone's go-to-person-)
• Ensuring smooth operations within the contractual framework (implementation of contractually agreed service levels, compliance with processes and KPIs)
• Active communication with all stakeholders
• Employee leadership, development and support according to the organizational chart
• Advising the customer on all operational and tactical FM questions
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process
• Project management, participation as well as organization of additional orders
• Technical basic training in the field of HVACSE or training in the hotel industry or similarly oriented hospitality services
• Many years of experience in the field of Facility Management or hospitality
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function as well as at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Further training in the field of organization or Facility Management
• Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• Above-average service and customer orientation
• High social competence, pronounced communication skills as well as healthy assertiveness
• Great organizational and planning skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance, combined with good manners and a healthy dose of humor
