We are a well-coordinated team of 14 dedicated specialists who process the concerns of our private customers with passion and high professional competence. Your contribution goes beyond efficient order processing, because with every contact we create a first-class customer experience - both internally and externally. You enjoy driving topics such as efficiency and progress and want to actively contribute to further developing our processes and staying up to date.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for customer-, technical-, and deadline-oriented processing of business cases in connection with openings, liquidations, and cards of natural persons
• Processing of fraud and damage cases in connection with debit cards and further developing into a specialist in this area
• Ensuring exception handling, including whitelist management, partner matching, and name matching
• Acting as a specialist in the core business and supporting the private customer advisors of the entire bank
• Identifying optimization potentials in our processes and actively driving corresponding improvements

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training in the financial industry
• Several years of experience in the banking or financial industry, ideally with a focus on customer service and processing activities
• Flair in dealing with different IT applications as well as good MS Office user knowledge, especially Excel
• You convince through strong oral and written communication skills in contact with our customers as well as with colleagues
• Very good German and English skills; any further language is a plus
