What awaits you with us

In this versatile HR function, you will competently accompany managers and employees through the entire Employee Life Cycle. In doing so, you will work independently, take on responsibility, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of our HR work.

Your tasks include:

• You advise and accompany managers as well as employees in all personnel-related matters.
• You manage personnel administration along the entire Employee Life Cycle and ensure professional and efficient processes.
• You provide support in labor law and social security law matters and ensure the correct application of our HR instruments.
• You take on responsibility in health management, particularly in the areas of prevention, absence management, and case management.
• You support payroll processing and are responsible for selected payroll processes.
• You advise on questions regarding wages, social insurance, withholding tax, and pension topics.
• You question existing HR processes, contribute your own ideas, and actively participate in their further development and digitalization.
• You work closely with managers, employees, and internal interfaces and contribute to professional and service-oriented HR support.

What you bring with you

For this versatile task, we are looking for an HR personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and at the same time works pragmatically and solution-oriented.

• Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
• Further education as an HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
• Experience in personnel administration and ideally in payroll processing
• Proficiency in using ERP and HR systems; knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign and SwissSalary is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment in developing solutions together and supporting each other
• An appreciative togetherness and good team cohesion are important to you, and you contribute actively to them
• Enjoyment in contact with different people and stakeholder groups
• Very good German skills; other languages are welcome
