Your task is demanding and versatile.
As a mature leader – no, we do not mean your age by that - you bring the most diverse expectations to a common denominator. You absolutely need this ability also as Process Manager, Process Manager Integration and Pension. Why? In this function, you are responsible for one of five process lines that carry out integration services and pension assessments. You accompany approx. 15'000 customers with health restrictions through life – of course not alone. You are supported by five team leaders, five subject matter experts, and around 90 employees.

You are an inspiring and integrative leader with a pronounced understanding of business correlations. Moreover, your enthusiasm for case triage for the IV-Stelle flows into your work and you gladly discover opportunities for improvement. As "Fachlead" for triage, reduction of waiting times for unclear cases, and their further processing, you coordinate and plan the corresponding endeavors in working groups and projects within the IV-Stelle.

For this demanding position, we expect a completed degree at university level (Uni/FH) in a related field and ideally complementary further training (e.g., in the areas of business administration, leadership, or social insurance) or the willingness to undergo further training. You bring sound leadership experience in the insurance sector, possess a positive view of people, and a healthy critical eye for yourself. You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, eager for change, and deal constructively with different interests. Thanks to your pronounced management competencies, you are excellent at drawing the right conclusions from key figure reports, implementing adequate measures, and designing processes efficiently within the team of the IV-Stelle. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment in which you can make a difference.
