Within the Parking & Mobility department, the ZRH Center forms the competence center for all services related to mobility, parking, and access management at Zurich Airport. As a specialist, you will act from our new and state-of-the-art customer center, the ZRH-Center in Circle, and ensure professional customer care for far more than 2,000 companies and 35,000 employees. A high service quality for our customers as well as the strengthening of Zurich Airport as a service center with innovative, reliable, and customer-centric services is our ultimate goal.

Your job destination ##

• Through your lived service mentality, you ensure competent care for our customers both in writing, by telephone, and personally at the counter of the "ZRH Center" in Circle
• You are the first point of contact for our business customers and the airport community and ensure that concerns are processed professionally
• You process contracts, orders, as well as applications for airport products (IDs, parking cards, etc.) and ensure a smooth process from ordering to the delivery of the respective product
• Your IT affinity helps you in the daily handling of our digital ordering and booking platforms

Your skills in your luggage ##

• You have a commercial degree as well as several years of sound experience at a reception or similar
• You show high commitment and are communicative as well as solution-oriented
• You are valued as a team player with good manners and high social competence
• You feel comfortable with IT topics and preferably have knowledge of SAP solutions
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both in writing and orally, French is an advantage
