Junior IT-Supporter (22181 / Contract-to-Hire)

Task For one of our customers, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as a Junior IT-Supporter. In this versatile role, you will support users in daily IT operations, ensure a reliable IT infrastructure, and participate in exciting IT projects. Your tasks include: * Receipt, prioritization, and processing of IT support requests * First-level support on-site as well as supporting users with technical problems * Maintenance of Windows clients, end devices, and Microsoft 365 environments * User and permission management with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune * Support in the operation of printer, server, and network infrastructure * Collaboration on IT projects and introduction of new IT solutions * Maintenance of IT documentation and optimization of support processes * Analysis of recurring malfunctions and coordination of escalations Requirements * Completed IT training (EFZ) or comparable IT knowledge * Initial professional experience in IT support or system operations * Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and end device management * Experience with ticketing systems as well as basic knowledge of network and printer infrastructures * Knowledge in audio-visual infrastructure is an advantage * Enjoyment of direct contact with users and willingness to constantly develop further * Very good German skills * Interest in a permanent position after the 6-month project assignment via IQ PLUS Project duration 6 months afterwards Internalization at the customer Contact person Richard Frey, , [ ](< >) j4id10439451jm j4it1042jm j4iy26jm
