Customer Service Advisor (CDD 12 months) # Workplace: Zurich region or entire Switzerland in remote work, part-time from 80% possible Due to the mandatory training during the first two months, 100% is required. YOUR TASKS • You are the first point of contact for our customers with your team. • You respond professionally and with pleasure to customers' telephone inquiries regarding invoices, payments, fees and mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. • You actively identify customer needs and propose complementary value-added services (up- and cross-selling). • Your working hours are planned flexibly from Monday to Sunday from 07h00 to 23h00, with the possibility to work from home. YOUR PROFILE • You have experience in customer service / contact center and you feel comfortable in a dynamic and service-oriented environment. • You communicate with confidence and professionalism in German and French and understand Swiss German very well. Italian or English are a plus. • You demonstrate empathy towards our customers, identify their needs and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations. • You maintain an overview even with several simultaneous requests and work securely in a technically demanding environment. To use our systems, you have at least basic knowledge in English. • You appreciate flexible hours and are ready to work in rotation between 07h00 and 23h00. Discover more about our benefits.
